1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of tea and food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, we offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or tampered with.

  • Incorrect Item: If you received a different item than what you ordered.

  • Expired Product: If the product delivered is past its expiry date.

Note: You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs/videos of the package.

3. Refund Process

Once your request for a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) used during the purchase.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The product has been opened or used (unless it was delivered damaged).

  • The address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.

  • There were failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is required due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), Tea Friends will bear the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
